Registration Brief:

• You will be required to submit your full name, a valid email addy, country of location, userID of your choice (5 or more alphanumeric characters - emailed separately, otherwise one will be assigned).
• The e-Card registration fee is $18 US/year per individual. At the end of your year, an email will be sent to request a subsequent payment, and if within 10 days of the registration anniversary payment has not been made, access will immediately be terminated.
• Upon receipt of payment, an email confirmation with userID and password will be sent to the subscriber. (typically, within 3 - 5 days)
• Security will be operational on a periodic basis, meaning bookmarks to the internal pages will be compromised on a periodic basis. Stable access through the logon window will ensure viable connections.
