 modern to medieval pursuits. He began
 concentrating full time on the Academy
 of European Medieval Martial Arts, a non-profit
 school in Toronto that he founded in 1998. He
 teaches U of T students the finer points of
 grappling and single-hand sword work.

 UofT Student makes Scholler Rank
 Aaron Bolarinho has been fascinated with medieval fighting arts since he was 16. He challenged AEMMA for the rank of Scholler, and on Sunday, December 14th, he successfully fought his way to the prize of Scholler.

 Italian Rapier Classes @ UofT * * *
 Rapier classes are scheduled Thursday evenings
 between 5:00 - 7:00pm at Father Madden Hall in
 Carr Hall, St. Mike's Campus.
The class instructor, Mr. Beau Brock comes with years of experience in the Capo Ferro style of Italian rapier based on a landmark treatise written by Ridolfo Capo Ferro.
